Thank you for your interest in the mentoring program at Booker T Washington.  We know your time is valuable and appreciate your efforts.  Below are some guidelines that will help you get started. 

All volunteers must complete an online application and criminal background check.  Please complete the DISD Volunteer Application and print a copy for your records. 
These must be updated annually. 

Please check in at the security desk at the Routh Street entrance when you arrive.  You will receive a visitor’s badge.  If you would like a permanent badge, please see Mr. DeLuna in room 116C in the old building. 

Please keep track of all volunteer hours for school records.  The school will benefit from all hours logged.  You can log your hours here or there will be a log in sheet in the counselor’s office on the first floor.
